5. Custom Projects

For custom projects, the following terms apply:

• A custom project is a unique order tailored entirely to your preferences and needs that will not be listed in our store and will remain exclusively yours.
• We require a 50% non-refundable deposit before beginning work on custom projects.
• If you choose to pay a deposit instead of the full amount, your order will be hosted on our server for added security until the remaining balance is paid.
• If you pay the full amount upfront, the project will be hosted on your server from the beginning.
• The process for custom projects includes discussion of requirements, agreement on features and price, payment, development, and delivery with adjustments as needed.

6. Modifications to Purchased Products

We offer the option to request modifications to products purchased from our store. The cost of such modifications will be determined based on mutual agreement depending on the scope of the changes requested.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is our property or that of our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

When you purchase our products, you receive a license to use the product according to the specific license terms provided with each product. This license does not transfer ownership of the product to you.

8. License for Standard Products

For standard (non-custom) products, the following license terms apply:

• You may use the product on a single website or domain.
• You may modify the product for your personal or business use.
• You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the product to any third party.
• The product can only be installed on one domain unless specified otherwise.

9. License for Custom Projects

For custom projects, upon full payment, you will receive:

• Exclusive rights to use the product on your specified domain(s).
• The right to modify and adapt the product for your needs.
• We retain the right to use the general concept and non-unique components in other projects.

10. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Digital products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided unless the product is defective or significantly different from what was advertised.
• Custom projects: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon product, the remaining balance will not be charged.

11. User Content

You may have the opportunity to submit content to our website (such as reviews or comments). You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.

Consequences for Violation: If we discover that any user has distributed, shared, or redistributed any of our products (paid or free) through any means including but not limited to:

• Direct sharing with other individuals
• Any other form of unauthorized distribution

The following actions will be taken immediately:

• Permanent account termination - The violator's account will be permanently deleted
• Permanent service ban - The violator will be permanently banned from accessing our website and all services
• No future access - The violator will never be permitted to create new accounts or access our services again
• Legal action - We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies for intellectual property infringement

Detection and Enforcement: We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution of our products and will take immediate action against violators. This policy applies regardless of whether the distributed product was originally obtained for free or through purchase.

18. Installation Responsibility and Data Loss

Important Notice: If you have installed a website (CMS) or any other product purchased from us and it gets deleted from your server by you, your team members, or anyone with access to your hosting environment - whether intentionally or accidentally - we do not accept any responsibility for this loss.

The responsibility for maintaining, protecting, and backing up your installation lies entirely with the buyer. This includes but is not limited to:

• Accidental deletion by yourself or your team members
• Intentional removal of files or databases
• Server crashes, hosting provider issues, or technical failures
• Security breaches or unauthorized access to your server
• Any other circumstances that result in loss of the installation or data

Reinstallation Services: If you require reinstallation of deleted or lost installations, we can provide this service for an additional fee. The cost will be discussed and mutually agreed upon based on the scope of work required for the reinstallation.

We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your website files and databases to prevent permanent data loss.

19. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
