How are custom orders handled?

The procedure is as follows:

  • We discuss what kind of service you need (web design or a full CMS).
  • We agree on what features should be included.
  • We agree on the price.
  • You pay the full amount or a deposit.
  • I start working.
  • After finishing everything, I make any adjustments if something does not meet your expectations and deliver the completed project.

What is a custom project?

A custom project is a unique order tailored entirely to your preferences and needs. It will not be listed in our store and will remain exclusively yours.

How can I order a custom project?

You can order a custom project through several channels:

Payment

Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount, and how does it work?

Yes, you can. You pay 50% of the amount (e.g., if the service costs €50, you pay €25), I complete the order, and then you pay the remaining €25. The deposit has 2 conditions:

  • The deposit is non-refundable (once you pay the deposit, it cannot be returned).
  • If you choose to pay a deposit instead of the full amount, your order will be hosted on my server for added security. After paying the remaining 50% of the deposit, the order will be transferred to your server. If you pay the full amount upfront, it will be hosted on your server from the beginning.

What is the payment method for purchasing a product from the store?

Our payment method for purchasing products from our store is PayPal, as it allows automated payments. You pay and receive the product automatically.

However, if you want to purchase a product using another payment method, you can contact us by submitting a ticket in our Discord server or via email at sales@esportsdesigns.com.

Products

Is it possible to make changes to a product purchased from the store?

Yes, it is entirely possible. You can request any changes to our ready-made products available in the store. The cost of the changes will be determined based on our agreement.

Distribution Policy

Can I share or distribute products I downloaded from your website?

Absolutely NOT. All products on our website, whether paid or free, are strictly prohibited from being shared, distributed, or redistributed in any form.

Exclusive Source: All our products must be obtained exclusively from our official website. We do not authorize any third-party distribution.

This includes:

  • Sharing files with friends or colleagues
  • Uploading to file sharing websites
  • Posting on social media platforms
  • Distributing through any other means

What happens if I distribute your products?

Severe Consequences: If we discover unauthorized distribution of any of our products, the following actions will be taken immediately:

  • Permanent account deletion - Your account will be permanently removed
  • Permanent website ban - You will be banned from accessing our website forever
  • No future access - You will never be allowed to create new accounts or use our services again
  • Legal action - We may pursue legal remedies for intellectual property violation

We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution and take immediate action against violators.

Does this apply to free products too?

Yes, absolutely. This policy applies to ALL products on our website, whether they are paid or offered for free. Free products are still our intellectual property and must only be obtained from our official website.

If someone wants our products, they must visit our website and download them directly from us.

Installation Responsibility

What happens if I accidentally delete my website installation?

Important Notice: If you have installed a website (CMS) or any other product and it gets deleted by you, your team, or anyone with access to your server - whether intentionally or accidentally - we do not accept any responsibility for this.

The responsibility for maintaining and protecting your installation lies entirely with the buyer (you). This includes:

  • Accidental deletion by yourself or your team members
  • Intentional removal of files
  • Server issues or hosting problems
  • Any other circumstances that result in loss of the installation

Reinstallation Services: If you need to reinstall what was deleted, we can provide reinstallation services for a fee. The cost will be discussed and agreed upon based on the scope of work required.

We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your website to prevent data loss.
